This screen printing machine was a manual 6x4 screen printing press without micro registration from an ebay seller (4 color 6 station press). We bought this machine about 4 years ago in 2015.
It was ok to use for 1 color prints WITHOUT flash, like black prints on white shirts without flash. But this was not usable for any perfect color registration jobs, even for 2 color jobs. Even for 1 color jobs, if flash is required, the second print won't be perfectly registered with the first one... So, we did not use it for any real printing jobs.
I think this item is still being sold with some improvements. One of them was what I did in the video, the bolts in the print head to prevent the screen frame being pushed back while printing. But I think more problems comes from the locking mechanism of print head. Those two bearing wheels are not so solid and accurate. They can become loose and moving too. Then screen positions will be ALL different EVERY time.
I hope current machines are better.
