Experience this kind of print result? So what's the problem here.
The ink is tulco classic ink printed on a dark color shirt.
Tulco classic ink is only good for Light color shirts for better opacity, if you print it on a dark color shirt it will give the exact result in the image above.
There three ways to solve this problem:
1. Print atleast 5-6 times. It will give you better opacity but time consuming which is not recommended as Water Based Ink dries faster.
2. Use underbase of white ink for better opacity. You need extra screen which is extra hassle and cost so I recommend the last option.
3. Use Tulco Opaque ink. This kind of ink works better in dark color shirts as it will give you better opacity. But you need to print atleast twice or thrice for better output.
Tip: Tulco classic ink works best in white shirts.
